Journal #25: Today I thought that the interview process went well, I feel like my team as well as team HUH did great as both the candidates and the committee. I wasn’t prepared to interview all of the members of team HUH but my team worked together and accomplished four interviews! I am also super proud of myself for what I accomplished during my time as an interviewee, I am not the best at coming up with things on the spot and felt I did pretty well when it came to that. I was asked some tough questions while being on the committee. My team at times had to take a few seconds to figure out what we were going to say but we always came up with an answer. I learned a lot about the interview process today, but felt it was challenging and that there were barriers up just because these companies aren’t real and we don’t have all of the answers. I have no idea what a handbook resource expert entails and the responsibilities that come with it. Coming up with most of this off the top of my head I find it to be impressive and enjoyed this project even though it’s been a little challenging.
